We were at Adi’s ortho appointment today.
The lobby had an interesting holiday tree that had notes in the shape of leaves (to signify fall season!). The tree was filled with handwritten notes about what visitors were thankful for.
Before I had a chance to fully admire the tree and prod them to write out some notes, the boys picked up some leaf shaped notes and wrote out what they were thankful for.
Ari said that he is thankful for his friends, dog and the fact that he is learning to swim. That sounds good.
Adi said that he is thankful for “having a life where I can make my own decisions”.
Either I am letting him make his own decisions or I am being really smart at letting him “think” he is making his own decisions?!
